By default, CSI Travel will send the card authorization form to the hotel on your behalf. If the hotel cannot locate this form, you can re-send it from within the CSI Go app.
To re-send the card authorization form from the mobile app, follow these steps:
- On the the Home screen, tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen and select My Trips from the list of options.
- The Trips screen opens. Select the appropriate hotel.
- The Hotel Details screen opens. Tap Send Auth Form.
- The app will prompt you to select Fax or Email. Make your selection and enter the appropriate information to send.
